The Blue and White chef was created by Astrid Ratcliffe, that’s me.

Having worked in professional kitchens and hotels along the Fylde Coast I decided it was time to put my skills and my imagination to the test.

With today’s interest in food and cooking being bigger than ever, I thought of providing a catering service to the people of the locale, which used wholesome local produce and produce provided by local tradesmen rather than the big supermarkets. The community I live in would be lost without our local tradesmen so I intend to use them to their full capacity for the Blue and White chef.

My aim is to offer the normal buffet, canapé, corporate event and celebration event service, but also to offer a "chef in your home" service, where I will cook a menu for you and your guests and serve it too if you need.

We offer a food delivery only service or a fully staffed option.

All food is packaged with environmentally conscious packaging and insulation.

All types of cuisine are catered for, all dietary needs are covered and I will personally meet you to discuss any menu options you may require.
